Printer Mallard, 20071020[Edit Inv], is creating black edges
on the printed copies. I think it needs some kind
of cleaning but there is no indicator. With our
office turnover and yours, there is nobody here
who knows how to take care of this printer. Adam
used to come over once in awhile and do something
but I don¿t know what. One of our office staff
seemed to know something about it because she
ordered parts/toner/?? but she no longer works here.

 

Could someone come over and do whatever needs to
be done to fix this problem and if someone needs
to learn to do something to maintain it, please
let me know what that is.

P.S. Mallard is our ¿work horse¿ and everybody
uses it so taking it away to do work on it is NOT
an option. Thank you.
