Talked to Danielle, explained that we didn't encounter any of the 
issues she was describing. Returned laptop to AD 106.

They dropped the laptop off at the front desk. 
It's on the back table in a fabric case.

The display will flicker on and off, the mouse
will freeze or not work, and the touch pad
sometimes won't click.  They get a connection
error for the display.
