know that the computer is working like new now and that CS6 
doesn't crash at all now. Mission accomplished.

Installed the RAM and set her speakers up properly. She said that

Talked to Tricia. Betty is elgible for a GFA but PR was going to 
wait to see what the Mac Pro's were like. Apple has not started 
selling them yet, but base prices have been announced.

We scavenged 4GB of RAM from another older Mac Pro tower of 
the same year. I will install this in Betty's computer and we'll see 
if that improves her performance. Adobe recommends 8 GB of 
RAM for CS6 and Betty is currently using 6GB.

She has Adobe Creative Suite 6 installed on the
her computer (previously had CS4) and it
constantly crashes. Just this morning, it's
crashed 6 times.

 She thinks that it has something to do with CS6
and a network connection (save to network).  If
she doesn't work with the program or save
something for even a couple minutes, she gets a
message that says the program has to close.  

She's been having this issue for awhile (since
last summer) and would really appreciate it if it
could be resolved.  She's done restarts and she's
pretty sure UCS had tried to reinstall as well.
