Hi Linda,

It looks like you're going to need to order a
maintenance kit for that printer.  I would ask
within your department to find out who might do that.

Hello~ The printer in Todd 317 has an error
message.  It says that the "printer has stopped
making copies because the maintenance kit needs to
be replaced".

Printer number 20091198[Edit Inv]

If someone can take a look and fix this issue,
that would be great.
