Craig Reno	Nov 06, 2013 03:09 PM	They called and said they actually have admin rights. I went back up and added them in directory utility. Had them test it to make sure it worked. Also were having problems logging into network accounts, needed to move the computer in order for it to have access to an active port. Started Mavericks upgrade.	Add Attachment
