Looked online for solutions to trackpad issues, I was reluctant to install a patch meant for a different model, but I read that resetting the PRAM may solve the issue if it is a software problem. Katie Halvorson	Nov 07, 2013 01:01 PM	The computer is having issues with the mouse. The tracker jumps around the screen and is having lots of issues when it isn't even being touched. Sometimes it will work when you open in. This is a new problem and she can't work on it consistently.	Add Attachment
