Downloaded the printer drivers for her Mac. Set the preferences 
so that the computer would know that the printer had 2 trays.

Had some issues with attaching documents to her email through 
the portal. Updated Firefox, fixed the problem.

Wanted to know how to reconnect to the network drive if the 
network connection was lost. Showed her how to do that.

Called Pam; her office aide answered.  Pam went
home for the weekend.  Her aide described some of
what's going on: can't attach to emails, screen
"flips" without Pam doing anything, it dropped her
printer, her saved passwords aren't showing up. 
Pam thinks it might be some virus issue.  

Figured we'd need her to login when we go
troubleshoot, so told them we'd check in with them
next week.

It is asking for a username and password for her
to print.  It never used to do that before. 
Others have been printing to it just fine, but she
can't get any print jobs to it.

Claims that the printing is paused but when
resumed, not responding, nothing happens. She is
available Friday until 3 and Monday 12-4ish on and
off.
