everything else was ready to go. Told her to let us know if anything

Please also check to make sure all the other
software for this laptop was installed( Acrobat
Pro v9, MathType, etc) as Sharon thought it was
missing a few even though they were supposed to be
transfered to this laptop at time of GFA replacement
