She is available today till 11 and this afternoon
2-3.  

Susan left her computer on overnight, and came
back this morning to find her computer shut off. 
(related to power outage?)  Her mac is now missing
certain important icons, like web browsers.  She
doesn't know how to bring them back and can't use
the computer.
