Replaced the maint kit and now its good to go! The
toner still had the tab installed which caused the
fuser to error out.

I just came by and replaced the maintenance kit in
the printer. After replacing it, the printer was
still just printing blanks. So I took a better
look at the toner and saw that the tab that
releases the ink was still installed. With the tab
still installed and people trying to print it
makes the fuser error out. Just wanted to let you
know so that this isn't an issue in the future.
Please let me know if you need any assist with
installing toner.

Hi there,
Printer BU-Greenspan in West House 207 seems to
have issues again.  I must have deleted the past
service request number, but the bar code on it is
2003126. I last reported it Sept. 10th, but  I
know the last time a technician came over, they
found nothing wrong.   One faculty member said it
didn't print for him at all.  I tried turning
on/off but nothing came out.  Today I tried
printing there myself, twice, and a blank  page
came out (both times, and I turned it off/on in
between).  I am the contact person for this request.
