Harddrive is dead. Lori is warrantying it,and I am 
imaging a loaner for her in the meantime.

It needs to get looked at today, so she can use it
tomorrow.  

This computer needs to be picked up today to get
fixed. She needs it fixed by Tuesday. Linda
Kunze(88344) will be around tell 3:30 and can let
you into her office to pick up the laptop.

Now her computer will not start up at all. When
she goes to start it up it gives her multiple
start up errors. She needs this done so she can do
her class work.

She has tried turning the computer on and off but
she can't get to the ctl-alt-delete page to log
in.  The circle just keeps spinning and she has
waited up to 30mins for it to get to log in but
never actually happens. She has tried restarting.

She is available before 2 today but you can come
see Linda at the front to let you in to her office.
