stop spooler, delete drivers and start spooler at same time, 
gpupdate fixed.

computers 20110104[Edit Inv], 20110108[Edit Inv], 20110099[Edit Inv], and 20110105[Edit Inv]  
aren't able to reach the printers on krusty, they 
can print through bart
