Bound the laptop to the domain, added studenttechs and the user's 
credentials to the admin group, added sophos, and running 
updates now.

Managed to install iLife 09 but found that Apple dropped 
support for Rosetta, which allows applications built for the 
PowerPC framework to run, in Lion. Now that he has Mountain 
Lion, I am unable to install Adobe CS3. I will shoot him an email 
to ask him if he wants the newer OS or if he would rather have 
Adobe CS3.

Laptop and charger are on my desk if anyone is able to take care of 
this today. I ran out of time. It has been reimaged, still needs to be 
bound to the network, add studenttechs, install sophos and 
whatnot. Also need to give dellostm admin right before delivering.

Diagnostic didn't pick up any hardware issues. Likely an issue with 
windows, got the ok to reimage it.
