Laven ran the Super antivirus and Malwarebytes. 
IE was still acting weird, so ran Windows Updates
and updated to IE 11.  Looks good to go.  

She came and picked it up.

When she tries to get on the computer, the
anti-virus pops up and says that she has a virus
and won't let her do anything on the computer. She
would like to make sure the hard drive is backed
up if possible.  She also has dual operating
system on it. 

I have the computer here up at UCS when someone is
ready to look at it.

Her office is ITC310D.
