not allow duplex.

Hi Lori,

I tried to duplex print before and after 
restarting the printer, it didn't work. I 
restarted my machine and tried again, no good. 
It's still not playing nice :)

Hi Cara,

Can you please try printing to UA-Wolf again?  I 
changed some settings on the print server.  It is 
possible that you will have to power cycle the 
printer if your print doesnt come out double-sided 
the first time.  Let me know the results, please.

Hi,

Our color printer "Wolf" WOU #20091189[Edit Inv], located
downstairs in the Cottage, is not allowing us to
print double sided as it has in the past. We've
tried everything we can think of, from changing
the default settings on our computers to changing
the paper settings on the printer itself, nothing
is working. We've restarted documents and
computers and the printer, no change.

Is there something we're missing or is this
something we need to request assistance with to fix?
