Hmmm... that's strange. We tried from Acrobat and from 
Preview, then restarted the system and tried again. May be just 
one of those weird things. I'll watch for it next week. Thanks!

I went back over with Lexie and found that the printer driver for 
Kandinks was for another, similar model of printer so we deleted 
the printer in settings and re-added it with the proper drivers.

I'll still try to talk to Jen though to see if what I did actually fixed 
it.

Went by and checked out the computer. It prints just fine and I 
wasn't able to reproduce her error. I will have to shoot her an email 
or stop by next Wednesday, since her schedule is full pretty much 
every other day.

Hi -
One small issue here in ITC210... system #20110420[Edit Inv]
seems to need printer driver software reinstalled.
When printing from several different applications,
the 'Printer Settings' option menus (for ex: Media
Type) are not available.
