He called and would like to know if he can get a
temp printer for his desk until his is fixed.  I
asked if he wanted to connect to a different
printer in the building and he said he needed one
for his desk.

Ran a bunch of cleaning pages through to improve the quality of 
the jobs. One of them got jammed in the fuser and was removed 
improperly. Megan instructed us to bring the fuser back to her 
desk.

Maintenance kit is fine, ink is fine. Looks like it's just dirty. It's 
running a cleaning page right now and Lexie and I will head back 
over in a few minutes to check on the status.

When he goes to print something, it will not print
his job but will print a "ghost job" of something
that was never in the queue.
