Check Cara's office and realize that her Dell
laptop wasn't properly seated on the Docking
station. I just re-position the laptop. That solve
the problem.

Her computer is not turning on.

She has a laptop hooked up to two monitors.  When
she powers on the laptop, she hears it, but sees
nothing on any of the screens.  The power button
does turn a solid blue.  She has checked all
appropriate cables.  

She powered down the laptop, disconnected the
external screens, and tried again.  No change.
