Problem with optics not connecting was due to a bad network cable. 
Replaced that, and now optics works fine. The real problem was 
with UC-Zippy, needed to uninstall and reinstall the drivers to get 
that to work.

The error is likely being caused by the setting I changed last time I 
was over there for SR 52323 . Unable to check that though, 
currently the printer is pulling the IP 0.0.0.0. Restarting and trying 
to renew DHCP didn't change it.

We were having problems with our color printer
¿optics¿. So a tech came over, worked with it and
said my settings on my computer needed changed to
print posters correctly. Now everything that
prints is not formatted correctly. The left side
of all documents has print missing. I need my
computer put back the way it was.

 

Setting my computer back helps with everything
else but still doesn¿t resolve the optics not
printing correctly problem. We need help figuring
out how to set optics so we can use it or we need
to seriously discuss what to do with this printer.
We paid a lot of money for it.
