Please email this user.  We need more information:  
Find out where he was when he was trying to print 
and to which printer.  Also find out if he has 
tried printing from anywhere else on campus and if 
it was successful. If he hasnt tried printing 
again, he needs to try that first.  His next step 
would be to come in to the office so we can better 
troubleshoot the issue.

Student attempting to add a printer using multiple
computers receives an error. "Windows cannot
connect to printer. Specified port is unknown."

This student needs to print before the break so if
this issue can be resolved today can you send him
an email letting him know he can print.
