He called and said the scan had come up with a bunch of threats 
and that he had the option to either remove them or continue. I 
ended up having to come over and teach him how to use the 
tool. I gave him further instructions to keep running it until it 
doesn't come back with any threats.

Changed his default homepage and search function. I'm also 
running Superantispyware and told him to call us on Monday when 
the scan finishes. He will likely call at 8:00, so I'm reassigning this 
to the main queue.

Talked to him, sounds like he downloaded a virus. Heading over 
now.

When he opens firefox and tries to login to WOU
portal page, he is directed to yahoo search, he
said it started doing like this after he installed
a program to scan his scan trons. Wants to get is
ASAP.
