Check Sarah's office and I was able to fix her
problem accessing turning point. I spoke with Lori
regarding this task and she said the machine needs
to be upgraded to window 7.

Dear UCS,

My office computer (20090952) is not operating
correctly on several fronts since yesterday's fiasco.

The first issue is that my Powerpoint is not
calling up TurningPoint2008 software, which I need
to teach my classes.  I have shut down my computer
numerous times since yesterday and rebooted, I
have also reloaded the TurningPoint2008 software
from the I drive.  

The second issue is that when I shut down my
computer I get repeated error notices regarding
0x0015a1fd and 0X00a85b3c and memory problems.

When I rebooted once, I also got a start-up note
saying it would not recognize my password and was
loading a temporary.  A desktop came up but it was
not my desktop.  It had only software and a
bluescreen.

Please be aware that I literally cannot teach my
classes without TurningPoint software running.  I
have done everything I can to get it back - but it
seems to only be leading to more problems.
