I'm not sure if someone already took care of this
request and forgot to complete it or the issue
just resolved itself, but I went down to the lab
and there was lots of people printing and no one
was having issues. There was no error asking for a
new maintenance kit or ink, but I got the WOU#
just in case.

Please look into this task and correct any errors.  
Is there an error message?  Does it need a 
maintenance kit?  There is no WOU number for this 
printer, so please add that to this task so we can 
track this printer better.
