The printer had double-sided options turned off. Switched it back 
on, works.

She is available till noon, probably won't be in 
tomorrow.

This happens for multiple types of documents.

She is unable to print double sided.  She selects
double sided when the print window pops up, but it
still prints single sided.  
She was able to print double-sided before, like
within the last month.  And, it was happening
before the outage.
