Computers are fixed but sent an email notifying 
Adria that Windows XP will no longer be supported by 
Microsoft and to monitor those 4 computers more 
closely.

Added a script for the xp computers to pull printers 
through group policy.  Will send someone down to 
test.

Trying to work with Dave to figure out why these 4 
computers are not pulling the correct GPOs.  They 
also all have Win XP, which need to be upgraded to 
Win 7 at some point.  Will talk with Adria about 
that.

Was able to connect to Krusty, but there is a 
problem with Active Directory in that it will not 
inherit the correct printer, even though it is in 
the correct OU.

Hello-  we¿re having an issue with the computers
in the back row of our MNB 223 lab not connecting
to the Xerox printer.  All the other computers are
printing fine it seems, but the following four are
not: 20080012[Edit Inv], 20080016[Edit Inv], 20080018[Edit Inv], 20080009[Edit Inv].  (The
printer ID is 20100415[Edit Inv].)  When trying to print,
there is an error message saying, ¿Windows cannot
print due to a problem with the current printer
setup.¿

 

I¿ve tried re-adding the printer (searching
\\krusty then right clicking on the MNB223 printer
and clicking ¿Connect¿) and it seems to be trying
to connect but can¿t for some reason.  Let me know
if any more info is needed, thanks!
