Laven and I found that a lot of the cabling was messed up (monitor 
plugged into the other monitor, ethernet cable not plugged in, etc.). 
Disabled the battery error message in BIOS. Should be fine. Laven 
left her a note as well to let her know what we did.

When she plugs in her ethernet cord, it doesn't
register the connection.  Her motherboard was
replaced recently.  She's had to rely on the
wireless, but signal in her office is weak.  Her
docking station for the laptop is no longer
working either "power connector is not
recognized".  The dual monitors were working after
the motherboard was replaced.  She has two
monitors plus the laptop.  The second monitor is
no longer connecting.
