Same issue detailed in SR# 51761. Downloads from gmail in 
chrome would not work, but firefox did. Firefox will work as a 
temporary solution

This issue has been fixed multiple times for her
and still ends up coming back and doing it again.
When she goes to download an email attachment it
says failed virus scan failed. She needs to get
grades in and is only on campus today tell 5PM.
