Ran multiple virus/spyware scans, updated windows and various 
programs, ran ccleaner, and uninstalled malicious programs. 
Hopefully should be quicker now. I asked Adele to test it out to 
see if performance had improved, if not I asked her to contact us 
so we could potentially reimage the laptop.

She brought in her laptop and said that everything
is running really slow and the anti virus is not
updating.  She has dropped off the computer for
us, it is at our front desk.  She says everything
she has on it is backed up so nothing too special
on there that needs to be noted.
