She was working on a spreadsheet in Google Docs,
when her keyboard stopped working.  Her mouse is ok.

She disconnected the USB and reconnected.  She
turned off her computer.  It sounded like the
computer was not responding well to any commands.  

We got the keyboard working again, but she would
like the computer looked at because it generally
runs very slow.  

If it needs to be re-imaged, she's okay with that
and has everything saved on network drives.
