Word shortcut didn't show up on the start menu.

Ran the repair tool for Office and dinked around with the location of 
the Word shortcut.

Computer at front desk does not have Word on it
but everything else was still on it.

Went into the printer properties and changed the driver to HP 4350 
PS. Tested it and it works. Somehow changing it here also changed 
it on Krusty itself, so all of the computers connecting to it are now 
using this driver.

Not good to go. Office 2010 only worked on 2 of the 5 computers 
we installed it on. Need to look at different solutions

Talked to Megan. She gave us permission to deploy Microsoft Office 
2010 on all of their office computers. Will not be here tomorrow, 
will have to attack Thursday.

The formatting of a few specific word documents is screwed up 
when printed to this printer. When saving these documents as 
PDFs or opening them as-is in other programs (Office Viewer) it 
prints just fine. Craig and I spent a good amount of time and 
narrowed it down to Word 2007. It works fine in Word 2010, so I 
will have to ask Lori to see if we can them upgraded, since 2010 
is on the regular image.

Went over and was unable to replicate the issue. It sounds like it 
only happens when Ambre prints labels. She wasn't there, so I'll 
have to stop by later today to talk to her about it.

Hello,

Our printer in the ISSA Office, Maaske Hall is in
need of a check-up. The WOU ID on the printer is:
20060121[Edit Inv].

It seems the alignment is off. Every time we print
something from a template whether it be in Word,
Excel or any other program the alignment is so off
the images are not aligned with the template and
the document looks bad.

This is our main printer for the entire office, so
the sooner we can get it looked at the better. We
are hoping to get our documents updated over the
break.
