Her computer was not able to connect with the printer. Removing it 
and trying to re-add it resulted in an error. After stopping and 
restarting the spooler it downloaded the drivers and connected her 
to the printer. Printed a test page, works fine now.

There is nothing stuck in the queue on the print 
server.  Please check at the machine level.

Only her computer is having issues printing to the
IA-intlstudent printer.  The same document goes
through on different computers, just her office
computer is having the problems.  She has tried
restarting and still getting same issue.  She hits
print and it says it sent and then puts in a queue
and says it is pending.  When she opens the queue
it says there is nothing there.

She will in and out all day but her office is
unlocked.
