Printer has been delivered.  Cant pick up loaner 
until elevator has been fixed.

Xerox tech was out yesterday.  Needed to push a 
snip-it in order to make the machine recognize 
metered ink as it would not let us input the 
metered code.  Printer will be deployed today and 
loaner will be brought back to us.

Printer still will not take yellow ink that shipped 
with printer.  A Xerox technician should be out 
today to fix the printer.  Everything is already set 
up, so after it is fixed, we can deploy the printer.

CTL-Printer is what they want it named.  Paul is 
getting me an ip address.

Hi Jennifer,

We have a new Xerox printer that is going to be 
placed in ITC 204.  It will take me a few days to 
a week to get everything set up on my end, but I 
wanted to find out from you what you would like 
the printer host name to be.  Please let me know 
and I will get that going for you.

I will update you when I am ready to deliver the 
printer.

Machine will not accept yellow ink.  Contacted Karl 
for the code needed to activate metered ink.  He is 
working on it and I will set up the machine as soon 
as I have that code.

This printer is for DEP/CTL group for new location
in ITC204/205 it is a PAGEPACK Printer[ink and
supplies come from supply cabinet] and Joanie will
be sending a monthly bill based off usage each
month to cover that Contract.  It is however not a
Student Tech Printer so they will need to provide
their own paper. I have put in Jennifer Keen as a
general point of contact for the Office but Brian
Sly Haley or Dan Clark may also be able to serve
as contacts for this setup

NEW EQUIP SETUP: A Xerox printer needs to be setup and delivered 
to ITC 204/205. The WOU # is 20130435[Edit Inv]. The printer is on the 
counter in ITC 008.
