Got a response from Lori, laptop should not need anything special 
on it. Went ahead an put a new XP image on it.

Took a look at the laptop. All of the admin account info I know 
will not let me log in to MASH, or locally. The laptop also has a 
local account associated with it, and that is unable to log in as 
well. Since I am not able to log in by any means, I think I may 
need to reimage the laptop. I sent an email to Lori Pagel asking if 
we should proceed with this, and if there are any programs that 
need to be put on after it is reimaged.

Error when logging on to MASH was "unable to log on 
because net log on service is not running on this 
machine"

Can't log on to any servers. System cannot log on 
because domain is not available. MASH unable to 
log on because net log on service not running on 
this machine. Multiple users have tried logging 
in. Computer is a library check out computer.
