Every time she gets on the internet, a pop up
called SNAP comes up and brings her to a bunch of
ads.  She is trying to fill out a form and can't
get past the messages.  She has had this problem
before and the techs said it was a virus.

She will be in the rest of the day.  Tomorrow she
is in 8-5.
