Hard drive was replaced.  Lexie reimaged the machine 
and is returning it to Athletics.  They should have 
the charger as it was not brought to us.

Still waiting for hard drive to come.  Hope to 
receive it today.

Any files that we were able to recover were given 
back to Chris.  Warrantying hard drive.

Trying to recover files right now under his profile.  
Will let him know soon whether anything can be 
recovered or not.  Will replace any parts that need 
to be replaced and return the laptop to Athletics.

Whenever he tries to start up the computer it
gives a message that says windows has encountered
a problem because faulty hardware such as hard
drive or CD. He hasn't had anything plugged into
it and can't get past the message.  He tries
restarting but it always has the same error.  He
was working on it and it shut down with this error
and gets it every time he logs on now.
