I need someone to please fix this and also spend time explaining the remote access and the various desktops this creates. It is unable to recognize a flash drive when I insert it. I tried with a few and none are seen. I also tried to attach a file today to an email and could not. it also keeps telling me that both Firefox and IE are out of date. Can I have somebody please take a look? I am off campus on Tuesday and need this fixed fast. I have a number of meetings on Monday but can grant access to my computer in my absence. Thank you.	Add Attachment
