She got to the computer and nothing is working. 
she has a white screen on her monitor and the Mac
appears to be on but nothing to coming up.

Computer has been imaged and is ready for 
deployment.  When setting up for user, please make 
sure to have him/her login to the AppStore and 
then do final updates on computer.  Other than 
that, it is bound and ready to go.

systems(1 Apple HDML to DVI adapter and 1
MonoPrice 6ft MiniDisplayPort/Thunderbolt to DVI
cable)

NEW EQUIP SETUP: (GFA) A Mac Pro needs to be setup and delivered to Betty 
Orwick in COT 219. There is also a keyboard and USB SuperDrive that need to 
be delivered as well. The WOU # of the new computer is 20130462[Edit Inv]. The WOU # 
of the old computer is 20080624[Edit Inv] and she will be keeping the old monitor 
20080664[Edit Inv]. The equipment is located on the shelves across from the hallway in 
ITC 009.
