Jared Petersen	Jan 07, 2014 10:38 AM	Went over and found out that the real issue here was that the software wanted to be reactivated. I did so. Chelsea mentioned something about adding a new user and that this reactivation problem happens every month for her, but not for Peter, a coworker that also uses that computer. The technical documents are sparse and do not mention anything about users. I told her to take a screenshot of the issue the next time it happens and that we would probably have to contact the company's tech support to fix it that were the case.	Add Attachment
