Shelby Morgan who is a new staff and is not in the
service request system yet is having issues with
her printer that she shares with her hall. The
printer is giving an error message of 0X0000007A.
The printer is located in Todd Hall 202.

Lyn Ayer in Todd Hall is trying to print documents
from file maker pro but the margins are cutting
off. I asked if she had tried adjusting her
margins in the program, but she said no and that
she didn't want anyone touching the program, only
adjusting the printer.

The computer network is TR-TRILJ8000 and it's in
Todd Hall room 204.
