Hi,

 

I am still having trouble printing to our color
printer. 2012 0294. It is on krusty/uc-optics. I
can¿t print a simple 8.5 X 11 document on word.

Looks like the same issue I had for task 52323 

Will not print images correctly on 11x17 paper.
Setting the default margins in the printer settings like last time 
did not work. Played around with other settings like paper size, 
and layout to see if I could get it to print correctly. Ran out of 
time to try anything else.

Our color printer is not printing correctly. It
cuts off the poster, doesn¿t print all of it. Can
someone please come look at it? The number is
