Its pulling the correct IP address now. Had Debbie
do a test print- good to go

Delivered the printer and set it up with Lexie. Printer is 
connected to the internet and is pulling an IP but its status is 
offline. Had McEvilly check the status in Krusty and he couldn't 
find anything on Krusty's end that indicated why it was offline. 
Restarting did not help.

User mentioned that if they were going to be without a printer 
for more than a few days or so, that they would like a loaner.

Removed all the bad crayons by taking apart the
ink loader. Ready to go back to Debbie.

the printer had a few bad crayons in it which
cause the machine to freak out. Talked to Debbie
about how the crayons work.

tried unplugging and plugging back in the ink
loader connections.. Going to ask a xerox tech for
their advice.

Her printer is giving her a printing error
09-037-45;30202 and the fan is moving really fast.

Shes is available all day
