The computer was missing the usb connector for the
Dell wireless keyboard and mouse.  20120953[Edit Inv].  

I swapped them out for a wired set.  The wireless
one is on the back shelf of the tech room.

Computer is from DeVolder 105.  The power light is 
blinking orange.  No other diagnostic lights are 
lit.  Will not boot.  Consistent with PSU failure.  
Warrantying that part.

A computer in Devolder 105 will not power up,  but
instead is blinking orange. The student tried
unplugging it to reset it, but the computer just
goes back to blinking orange. 

It's been doing this since the end of last term.
