trying to install Apache OpenOffice

while running setup it says,

Unable to find a volume for file extraction.
Please verify that you have proper permissions.

its will say this twice then,

Windows installer service could not be accessed.


A student came in and she had a meeting.

She will be free today at 230 or tomorrow at 
1030.  

If you cant make it today let her know.

She is trying to download software and it is
asking for admin rights. NPE 211

She is around till noon today and back around 2.
