The apple store didn't have the right driver, had
to get it from xerox.  Test print worked.

You can try connecting her through IP.  Because 
she is working off wireless, the connection will 
be in/out as printing wirelessly does not give as 
good a connection.

I created ticket 52744 to get her computer 
networked by wire. But I was able to print from her 
computer wirelessly after mapping \\krusty\fitness 
using my own MASH credentials.

Hi Pam --

My sincere apologies for not following up sooner
about your printer issue.

In order to print from your new machine, you'll
need to have a wired network connection from the
computer to a wall jack.  I'm not sure why you
could print before from your old machine wireless,
but in talking with our printer guru, I'm told you
need to have the wired connection now.

Please contact  Nicole at 8-8010 to submit a work
order to either have a network jack activated or
to have the necessary cabling run in your office.

I'm assigning the task, 52715, to Nicole now.

If Pam needs to have a wired connection in order 
to print, she will need to call Nicole at 88010 to 
submit a work order to either have a network jack 
activated or have cabling run for data ports in 
her office.  You can assign this to Nicole and she 
can fill in details with any work order when she 
receives it and hand it off to the appropriate 
people at that point.

Said she recently had a new MAC setup in her
office by Dyl, but it will not connect to the
printer.
