The mac fixed itself.  The pc seemed fine.  I
browsed around, played youtube, and didn't
experience the issues.  I explained that to Adela,
and told her that I'd close it for now, but if
he's still experiencing the issue, we can re-image.

Hi there,

ASWOU is having issues with a couple computers.
Below are the details the students provided me with:

20071240[Edit Inv] - Computer constantly freezes while in
use and monitor often goes blank (black screen).
Unable to play YouTube videos. 
20071110[Edit Inv] - Mac - Students are unable to sign in to
it using their WOU sign on information. 

Both computers are located on the first floor of
the Werner University Center in WUC122
