Check Kathy office the problem with the network
connection is the cable wasn't properly connected
to the system unit.

12-115.

ED242 student worker computer is not connecting to
the internet or her drives.  They checked the
ethernet and it is all plugged in.  She also tried
restarting the computer but still no connection to
drives or internet. 

Tom checked the port and it should be active but
if no IP then to make a ticket for Paul.
