Computer has been returned to the Library and has
been wiped clean, but now needs a reinstall of
Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Student worker who uses this computer is saying
that the computer is still having the same problem
and that it is just as bad as it was before. In
particular, the computer is having a problem with
the program called snapdo, but this issue is
happening across all web browsers tried.

Ellllooo Chris,
Still a little heart broken after my loss, but on
a serious note, my computer here at the library
like the one I use during work is going super
slow. I tried restarting it, but nothing seems to
work. It took me 13 minutes to reserve a study
room for a gentleman, and it logs me out of chat
every few minutes. I also still get the weird
snapdo popups. I have no clue how to fix it, and
I'm never in during normal hours so that UCS or
someone could check it out. What do you recomend?

When she gets on the computer it changes her
homepage to snapdo--which looks like a google
copied page.  Everything works but snapdo stuff
keeps coming up.  It is a student worker computer
at info desk on the left.  It seems to be one
student worker profile that is having the issue.

Perla Arreguin is the worker with the issue.
