Hi,

I was wondering if there's a way to check on the
status of a time-sensitive service request? 

I'm leaving town this weekend and am waiting on a
software install for a laptop that I'm hoping to
take with me, so I wanted to check on the status
of #52796.

Elayne has a trip next week and if possible would
like to have the Macbook Air to take with her. She
would like to get the laptop by Friday Jan. 24th
if possible.

NEW EQUIP SETUP: A MacBook Air needs to be setup and delivered 
to Elayne Kuletz in ITC 204C. The WOU # is 20130479[Edit Inv]. The 
equipment is on the shelves across from the restroom in ITC009.
