Windows and now it appears to allow Log-in. Cancel

Computer (WOU 20100866) will not allow login. It
turns on and opens with Windows and when you log
in it just "KEEPS ON "Welcoming you" and nothing
else. This computer is used by students daily in
NS 114. It is located directly in front of the
instructor station. thank you
