Status changed from (1) Pending to (5) Completed

Google Chrome is not playing his videos again. I
told him to use Firefox for now but he wants it
working on Google Chrome as well.
He is available today and tomorrow from 8AM-12PM
and would like to be contacted by phone.

Priority changed from (2) High Priority to (3) Priority.

Chrome has a bug that slipped in during the last update that causes 
Quicktime to crash. There is not a fix out for it yet, so I had him 
switch over to using firefox and set it as his default web browser. 
Works perfectly there.

Called today for update

Error Message: shows quicktime puzzle peice, and 
gets a message
that quicktime has crashed

He is recieving videos from a recuiting source
through email that he is unable to access on his
computer. Has installed the latest version of
quicktimes and still is not working. The videos do
not work on his or his assistants computer. These
are important videos that he needs to be able to
access. He spoke with someone yesterday or Tuesday
and that person requested that he call back and he
no longer remembers who he spoke with, but someone
was supposed to come look at the computer. He says
he will be in the office till 11 today. Will also
be available till about 2PM tomorrow.

Ill head over when I go to fix the admin rights

He can only open the video with QuickTime and when
he does it doesn't let him watch it.  It is what
he has always used.  He can't get it to open in
other players either--because the way the video
was sent.  He tried updating Quicktime as well. 
It just gives Xs over the icon and nothing works.
 He tried restarting as well.

Someone could be let in the office around
1215-1230--if not in the office then they are in
the upstairs gym.
